If i make a custom Munny figure of a marvel or any character, am I allowed to sell it on eBay?

if i sell it on eBay is there like a price limit as to how much you i can sell it?

You can make one and sell it, but Marvel owns the coyright so they could file a lawsuit against you for misappropriating their intellectual property.

If you make a few figures and sell them you are unlikely to be sued – it’s too expensive and time consuming to be worth the effort. If you make a business out of it and sell hundreds then you are just asking to be sued.

BTW note that Disney is merging with Marvel, and Disney is legendary for suing anybody who infringes on their copyrights, so I would stick to a very small number of figures, or find buyers who specify what they want painted as part of the deal.
