Flavors around the world?

In the US, flavors like strawberry, cherry, orange, vanilla, etc. are popular. What about in other parts of the world though?
I became curious when I saw a green tea flavored Kit Kat from Japan on Ebay.
I’m referring to not only food flavorings, but scents or flavors in cosmetics and home decor.

I am from India, and we use saffron, cardamom, and rose essence a lot in all of our food, there are some Indian dishes that have to have certain flavor or else its not complete, it won’t just taste the same or even half close to what it should…lol
